innSend was founded by hoteliers to serve hoteliers. Like you, we struggled with complicated hospitality systems that are difficult to learn and use. Consequently, internal communications would often break down and service quality suffered.

Inspired to furnish hotels like yours with better and simpler task messaging, we founded innSend in 2009. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, California—with enthusiastic clients at marquee properties around the world—innSend is poised for continued growth through innovation.

Greg has 13 years of hospitality management experience. He has held positions in operations and systems technology at such leading properties as the Regent Kuala Lumpur, Four Seasons Los Angeles, Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Boston and Santa Barbara Four Seasons Biltmore. At the Four Seasons, Boston, he was Director of Information Technology and named Manager of the Year. Greg received his BA in International Hospitality Management from Taylor's University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With frontline experience in both operations and systems, Greg knew firsthand of the unmet internal communications needs of major hotels. Like other managers, he grappled with complex and costly enterprise systems that failed to provide simple and effective task messaging. "I was so frustrated by the lack of a simple and affordable solution, I decided to create one myself," he said. "For internal hotel communications, innSend really is the fastest way to done."
Prior to joining innSend, Borja had a very successful international hotel management career. With Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts he held numerous Management positions in Mexico, Santa Barbara, CA and Washington, DC., including several years as Planning Committee Member (Executive Management). His last appointment has been Hotel Resident Manager at Eurostars Madrid Tower (5 star – 473 rooms) in Madrid, Spain.

In addition, Borja's work experience includes working for numerous companies in Spain as the Director of Human Resources , Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Operations. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Management and an Associate Degree in Golf Complex Operations (UOP).

As VP of Business Development, he currently oversees all of our existing operations and growth worldwide.
Peter recently completed a remarkable, 28-year career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The lion's share of his tenure at the company was spent as a Regional Vice President or General Manager. Peter was responsible for the management of many key Four Seasons properties, including: Bangkok, Beverly Hills, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Maui and Toronto. Peter brings high level strategic and product development expertise to innSend. His Yoda-like vision and patient guidance have been instrumental to innSend's rapid emergence as a leader in hospitality task messaging.
